Graduate Trainee ProgramMaximize your career potential with PCC’s unique Graduate Trainee Program for recent College Graduates. This rotational program allows you, as an employee, to accelerate your career growth and find your ideal fit within PCC by exposing you to various business groups and technologies in R&D, Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, Safety & Health, and Project Management. As a Graduate Trainee, you will complete three cross-functional rotations, eight months in length, to help you develop an understanding of the different business areas of PCC, while providing you broad exposure and meaningful project work. The rotational path of each participant is customized to develop strengths and stretch the individual's skill sets, giving prime opportunities for growth and new experiences. These rotations will include all three of our locations: Chicago, IL, Asheboro, NC and Sun Valley, CA. Upon completion of the Graduate Trainee program, you will have the opportunity to apply to a position that best matches your career interests and strengths. Internship & Co-op ProgramPCC will place you in a functional job assignment during your internship or co-op. You will increase your knowledge of PCC and the plastics / chemical industry through on-the-job training, mentor relationships and interactions with members of senior management. At the end of your internship or co-op you will have the opportunity to identify your interests in the Graduate Trainee Program or a full-time position.
