Color Technology Manager

Manage all color development and other lab functions. Promote and instill the PCC culture of providing Extraordinary Solutions to customers. Design formal training protocol and reference database for all colorists. Use computer Spectrophotometer for reference information as per above. Training and motivation of lab staff on an ongoing basis. Develop new formulating and color matching technologies to make the process more efficient and robust for both solid and liquid color masterbatches. Manage global pigment/dyes/additives palette and update as needed.
